Right click that USB xHCI Compliant Host controller choose Backdrop

On the Details tab of the resulting dialog, set the Belongings Driblet-Down to Hardware ID's

Right click and copy the top line in the resulting list and paste that into your next reply

That device is the Intel USB iii.0 eXtensible Host Controller

Intel don't seem to supply a driver for Windows 10 directly, download the Intel Commuter & Back up Assistant (Intel DSA) and tun that on your PC, it should detect and install that driver for you

Hi,

Please try these suggestions if USB ports are not working on your organization:

1. Open Device Manager, click Action > Scan for hardware changes.

ii. Restart the computer.

3.Disable and re-enable the USB controller with steps steps:

  • OpenDevice Manager, and then expand  Universal Serial Jitney controllers.
  • Right-click the commencement USB controller nether Universal Serial Bus controllers, then click Uninstall to remove it.
  • Repeat previous step for each USB controller that is listed nether Universal Serial Bus controllers.
  • Restart the figurer. Later on the calculator starts, Windows will automatically browse for hardware changes and reinstall all the USB controllers that you uninstalled.
  • Bank check the USB device to run across whether it is working.

4. Disable Selective Suspend:

  • Open up Registry Editor.
  • Go toHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\USB.
  • Create/edit and set DisableSelectiveSuspend to 1.
  • Close Registry Editor and reboot.

Notation: Brand sure you create a System Restore point before editing registry.

To resolve fault code 10, you need to update drivers to latest version.
